[Resolved] Delay in processing documents.

There was a delay of upto 2 hours processing documents in the Australia region on Monday 25th of March, 2024.

The delay in processing reduced document processing capacity starting around 12:00pm, and persisted until it was resolved at 14:30pm.

Document processing delays returned to normal by 14:45pm.

All other eBrief Ready processes and services remain operational.
